Fuel is bought at the fuel dock on Isla Carenero or the north side of Bocas. Bring your boat or dinghy to the fuel dock but watch the weather. If you need a lot of fuel, go to the Texaco fuel dock in Almirante The marinas can assist you. Diesel and gas are sold.
Cases of beer and sodas can be purchased at good prices from the deposito at the Reef Restuarant. They have a dock, so just bring your boat or dinghy alongside and stock up.
Groceries are bought in several places: the supermercado (food and alcohol), the gourmet store, (phone: 507-757-9357) the vegetable stands near the park, and the organic vegetable farm. (phone: 507-757-9564)
Marine goods can be bought or ordered at the Rukel Yamaha store on the main street. They can get most parts and accessories from Panama City in a short amount of time.
Hardware can be bought at one of several hardware stores in town. The biggest and best is Chow Kai. (phone: 507-757 9375) They also carry a few marine items.
Pharmacy goods are available at Rosa Blanca and Chen Farmacia under the Mirador Internet Cafe
Propane tanks are filled in Changuinola. Bocas Marina or Marina Carenero will assist you. There is a man in town who handles propane for you also. He is on the street inland from the main street. Look for the sign. He makes periodic runs to Changuinola for fills. Also Miriam (757-9590) will help you get your tanks filled.
Surfboards and gear can be bought at Tropix Surfboards, across from the park.
Diving supplies, air and services can be found at Bocas Water Sports and Starfleet. Both offer dive trips and lessons.
