Cleaning: Many people available. Ricardo (Bocas Marina) will clean your hull's bottom inexpensively. He also does topsides and whatever. Laundry: Both marinas will wash and dry for you or you can also have it done at Don Chicho . There is a lavanderia on the main road on the way to the supermercado. Trash can be left in the blue trash drums near the parks and on the main street. Marinas handle trash for tenents. Ice can be bought at J&J's Water can be taken on at the marinas for a small charge. Copy, internet and e-mail services are available at Novedades Don Chico , El Mirador, on main street (3rd.) and at IPAT (Tourism board) on 1st. Street. Taxi: There are several taxis and collectivos. You can go anywhere in town for 50 cents per person. Taxis will take you to other outside areas (fare negotiable) Water taxis: three companies: Taxi 25 and Bocas Tourism (J&J's). (phone: 507-757-9915) Taxi 25 connects Bocas del Toro with Almirante (main land) and leaves from the terminal at First Street. Schedule is flexible. Cost of the ticket $ 3.00 (one way) to Almirante. Bocas Tours (J&J's) leaves from Third Street terminal. One way fare is $1.00 to your boat. Bocas Marine Tours , located on the main street, is also available. Medical: First Aid and treatment of any illness, are provided by the Bocas del Toro Hospital, located a few blocks from the supermercado, on the same street. Dental services are available in Changuinola ($10 each way on Aeroperlas) Travel: There is a travel agency in town, Servitur, on 3rd. Street. We used Chadwick Travel Agency in Panama City. Air transport: At Panama City connections to any part of the world can be made. The flight schedules are in local time. Passengers must be in the airport at least one hour before the departure time.
